• Cost Centers: Payment method information including names and types (bank accounts, credit cards, cash, e-wallets)
• Recurring Expenses: Automated expense tracking data for subscriptions and regular bills
• Vendors: Names and details of merchants where you make purchases

Application Settings

• Preferences: Your app settings including privacy mode preferences, notification settings, and reminder schedules
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the app to improve functionality (stored locally only)

3. iCloud Synchronization

UangRumah offers optional iCloud synchronization to keep your data in sync across your Apple devices (iPhone and iPad).

How iCloud Sync Works

• When enabled, your expense data, budgets, categories, and cost centers are automatically backed up to your personal iCloud account
• Data is encrypted during transmission and storage using Apple's security standards
• Only you can access this data through devices signed in to your iCloud account
• We do not have access to your iCloud data - it is controlled entirely by Apple and your iCloud security settings
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time through iOS Settings

4. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively within the UangRumah app for the following purposes:

• Expense Tracking: To record, display, and organize your financial transactions
• Budget Management: To calculate budget progress, daily allowances, and trigger spending alerts
• Analytics & Insights: To generate dashboard visualizations, category breakdowns, and spending reports
• Reminders: To send you notifications based on your configured preferences (expense nudges, budget alerts, monthly summaries)
• Data Export: To create PDF and CSV reports when you request them
• App Improvement: To understand feature usage and improve app functionality (locally only, no data transmission)

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

UangRumah operates with complete data privacy:

• No analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• No advertising networks
• No social media integration
• No data brokers or marketing companies
• No cloud servers except your personal iCloud (if you enable it)

The only data transmission occurs when:

• You enable iCloud sync (data goes only to your iCloud account)
• You export reports (data stays on your device or goes where you choose to share it)

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your financial data:

Technical Safeguards

• Local Storage: Data is stored in iOS secure containers protected by device encryption
• iCloud Encryption: When sync is enabled, data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Privacy Mode: Built-in features to blur sensitive information and censor amounts when needed
• No Backend Servers: No vulnerable web servers or databases that could be hacked
• iOS Security: Leverages Apple's robust security infrastructure and regular security updates

Device Security Recommendations

• Enable two-factor authentication for your Apple ID/iCloud account
• Don't jailbreak your device, as it compromises security

You have complete control over your data in UangRumah:

• View All Data: Access all your expense records, budgets, and settings within the app
• Export Data: Export your financial data in PDF or CSV format at any time
• Search and Filter: Use advanced search features to find specific transactions

Modification and Deletion

• Edit Records: Modify any expense, budget, category, or cost center at any time
• Delete Data: Remove individual expenses or bulk delete records
• Version History: View and restore previous versions of edited expenses
• Complete Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all local data from your device

iCloud Data Management

• Disable iCloud sync in iOS Settings to stop cloud synchronization
• Delete iCloud data through iOS Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage > UangRumah
• Data deletion from iCloud may take up to 30 days to complete across Apple's servers

8. Children's Privacy

UangRumah is designed for adults managing household expenses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of any material changes through:
